Shipping Info

          We process all orders upon receipt and ship whenever possible within two business days. All orders are subject to verification. Your credit card is not charged if merchandise is not readily available for shipping. 
          International rates are based on carrier's cost, and are usually air shipments. You will be notified by e-mail, fax or mail and your pre-approval of freight costs is required. Our policy requires that customers fax copy of credit card, front and back, for all international shipment. Appliancesworld.net is not responsible for customs, duty or any other fees related to international shipments.

Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

          Unless stated otherwise, all our products carry full manufacturer's guarantees. Manufacturer's certificate is included with each product. Manufacturer's warrantee covers repairs or replacement of defective parts and /or products, as set forth by manufacturer's conditions. For a list of service centers please consult the manual enclosed with your product or check the manufacturer's website.

          No returns accepted without prior authorithation. RA NUMBER must appear on all returned goods. To initiate a return, please call our customer service 1-732-512-1353 MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY 9AM TO 6PM AND FRIDAY 9AM TO 2PM, OR EMAIL AT custservice@appliancesworld.net.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING THE RETURN SHIPMENT OF THE PRODUCT. WE reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in such manner. All returns are subject to examination.

          We accept returns for items within the first 30 days of receiving your merchandise. You may return it for a prompt merchandise exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order as long as all merchandise is returned in new condition (unused and in original factory condition), with all original boxes (including all packaging materials), documentation, instructions, and accessories. All returns and refuses are subject to our inspection and approval, there is 15% restocking fee plus shipping and handling.
